Dow Jones and middle class

Dow Jones being high helps mostly the rich...With our money that we will pay back in taxes and inflation...I thought Obama was going to be a Robin Hood...He said he would help the less fortunate who work hard for not much...The middle class is still sliding down the hill....Fast!!!
